The company operates a fully documented quality management system approved to ISO9000:2000, AS9100 and NADCAP along with approvals from gas turbine OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This covers all aspects of the operation and is audited on a regular basis both internally, by trained auditors and by authorised third party sources.

Processes are fully documented by written procedures and linked to the QMS to ensure that all operations are carried out in a controlled manner. Included within these approvals is authorisation to deliver complete assemblies direct to stores at one of our major customers.

The aerospace and naval marine approvals cover the manufacture of sensitive parts, critical parts and purchase of castings and forging's as well as bar materials.

An approved supplier list is maintained and operated under ISO9002 auspices for in-process and final treatments that cannot be processed internally.

A Bond and Quarantine Stores system is in operation to ensure complete control of materials and specific finished part storage facilities are in place for each product group.

Additionally the company is now working towards achieving a recognised environmental standard
